The staff try their best to deliver your item, but if you Don't answer your door, Go out when you have ordered an item, Don't get on with your neighbours, Or don't tell Your REGULAR POSTMAN a safe place where to leave the item, then from 7.30am - 12.30pm the staff will hold your item there for 18 days Only.
POOR!!!!Seriously ridiculous and frustrating part-time opening times!!!! 07:30 - 12:30 Monday - Friday and even lesser hours on Saturday morning!!??.... So if you work normal hours & have plans on a Saturday, how is anybody supposed to collect their parcels!!?? I just dont understand.I think maybe you should look at opening for a few hours in the evening for people that work office hours, then we might have an opportunity to actually get there while its open before you unfairly send the parcel back to the sender.

I've had my parcel signed for by postman using my signature as me and behold parcel goes missing and do you think customer service cares there covering for fraud and covering for obviously him taking my parcel and will not accept it's him that signed for my parcel so I'm having no compensation so il be contacting police as he said he signed my name and customer complaint won't take my word so basically fraud!!! Watch your Mail because basically postman can steal your parcels and get away free but let's see how police handles it the cheeky idiots are criminals
