Rude shopkeeper, clearly gave me attitude when I asked a question. Never been treated that way as a customer, I was surprised.
I shop and use the post office here often, the staff here are generally quite rude. Last week I entered the shop with my puppy in my arms, the shop assistant did nothing but glare at me but this is pretty usual. I then returned to the shop the following week to quickly post something and she was very rude and said that I am not allowed in the shop with my puppy. I said that I was confused because I posted a letter here last week, she then lied and said she had already discussed this with me even though I had never had never had a coversation with this women in my life.
Agree with post below Asian man behind the counter is very rude. Always trying to get customers who know little about shipping costs to pay the maximum/rips people off. Is very sarcastic when you ask him a question
Rude and Unhelpful StaffI was asking him basic questions about international mailing. e.g. the difference between economic and standard shipping for a letter. He gave me a look which says I was asking him something unreasonable and insane. He just gave me a leaflet, briefly gave me a answer which I found out later that is incorrect, gesturing me to go. Note that there was only one person at the queue at that time. After I read through the leaflet once and came back to him, I showed him that there is indeed economic mailing and standard mailing. He then just said: I don't know, like I told you.First, shouldn't he be at least a little bit apologetic that he doesn't have a clue about such basic matter? Isn't he supposed to know about such simple stuff? If I knew the answer for sure myself, I could be the staff there. He should be ashamed of himself that as a staff at a post office, he has no clue what a "standard shipping" is.Second, what's wrong with his face? Is this the way a customer should be treated?Third, couldn't he be a bit more helpful? Instead of just giving me a leaflet, couldn't he try to find out what a "standard shipping'' is? Or maybe ask for help from other staff? I will never use their service.
