I could not ask for a better agency and agent. Mike Briggs was very helpful, he walked me through every little detail, showed me a lot of apartments that matched my criteria and helped me move into my apartment very soon! Thanks a lot for everything!!!
They would give us information last minute and not reply unless they needed payment.I called them constantly non stop but just kept getting passed onto different people as they would not note anything down. This meant they would never call back even when it was something very important.I even still had to chase them up after living in the apartment for 2 months and did not reply to 2 of my complaint emails.Not all but majority of the staff were very rude also.Would give no stars if I could.
AVOIDThey not only have several hidden charges but also an arrogance. 300 reference fee, 150 inventory, 120 lock change, 100 for change of appointment, 100 for insurance etc. They never emailed me or told me about these charges in the full invoice until I went to collect the keys. And when I said I can pay remaining tomorrow, the manager had an attitude about it.Avoid them if possible.

Once I contacted Centrick Property, Micheal was extremely willing to help, he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and was so kind enough to know that I was in a tight position and he was able to move me in earlier than expected.
