I would give them a zero .......absolutely terrible service and rude staff .

Staff are nice, but after we did a viewing, we went straight to the office to sign the papers. This was on Friday. They said they will let us know everything on Monday. Now today is Wednesday and still no news. All I can hear is we havent heard anything from the landlord. Also if you try to phone them first thing in the morning it says that the phone lines are working from 9.30. I could only contact them at 11 and still no updates
