I was a customer at another storage company 2 years, i moved to Access as my current provider did not have a unit big enough for our rapidly growing business. The Storage was slightly more secure, however we all found the service absolutely terrible, the staff really rude and unhelpful, so after only a few months we moved back to our old provider where i can honestly say the service is the polar opposite, friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I would not recommend access to ANYONE as I found the customer service absolutely awful.
FANTASTIC SERVICE...I needed storage at the last minute, I was VERY stressed but their nothing is too much trouble approach made me feel at ease. All the team were wonderful. THANK YOU.
