We use this space as our business hub. They've been great in supporting us to expand and are very friendly to deal with. Someone always on hand to help out with deliveries. Very useful having a forklift driver on site!Thank you from First Mile!!
Went to collect my stuff today had to pay out 300 For half the time it was there and (Apparently interest) when it was normally 234.43 For the month Anyway as I said I came to collect my stuff today (Only managed the one unit as the time just ran out) well as all 3 of us was clearing out the unit there was a baby mice later on to being 3 mice in the safestore unit by the time we finished clearing out the unit. I find this disgusting!!!!
Facilities are very good! The staff however are awesome :D they go the extra mile to make sure everything is as you need it... they give good clear instructions on using the facilities. They were very welcoming to my dog freyja too ! I had no one to look after her whilst I sorted out my unit. They allowed my pug into the office and made sure she had some water too as it was a hot day.. 10/10 for fab customer service and so welcoming its unreal.
