A well organised facility. I have found it quite expensive, especially if you have to use their insurance and the level of customer service on site has been poor at times. However, one of the members of staff, Craig, is a credit to the company and he has not failed to be helpful and professional every time I have needed assistance. Thank you Craig.

When we arrived with our property we were pressurised into buying insurance, which it subsequently turns out we would have been better off without.A leak from the down pipe from their roof penetrated our unit and soaked and ruined a house full of our contents. Since then they will not talk to me saying it is in the hands of their legal department. I can prove that the leak was there when we put our property in but everyone concerned is ignoring me. I have and still am going through a process to get compensation. In short they are trying to wash their hands of us but this only strengthens our resolve. Please do not use these people, they will be as nice as pie when they take your money but what they have done to us has so far ruined our lives.
