Only went to collect a few things that my mom had in storage for me and the place had sufficient equipment should you need to carry big items. The only downside to the experience was that the lights had turned off on the floor we were on a couple of times for several minutes making it difficult to do what we were doing. But apart from that no issues.
I would like to commend both Paul and Sam for their ongoing support over the last 6 months with helping facilitate and organise my storage requirements. It has not been easy for me but they have made it very easy with the process. I would highly recommend using their facilities at Birmingham as you can walk away with a piece of mind and feel the service and the facilities will keep your mind at ease. Thank you again.
Really pleasant staff and are always willing to help. The place is clean and tidy. Great location for me and ample space for unloading/loading. Easy access with your individual security code. Much better price than other local storage facilities. Extended access time till 11pm was very useful for me. Thanks guys.
