ticket office hardly open, when u need a travel card have to go to next station.the station is shabby.the platforms need a complete rebuild.it was far better in the 1960,s.to 80,s.even had platform's 3,4 open back then.
Basic station with a frequent service on the Cross City line. Ticket office open only a few hours a day. Could do with some refurbishment overall.
