Lea Hall Train Station is a Very Clean You Feel Safe there is CCTV and all the Staff are Helpfull and Polite,also the Trains are on Time.

Got a train here on Sat 24th November at around 5.55pm. The train was absolutely rammed and they made sure to force everyone on it, dangerously overcrowded, people were squashed up the windows and doors. Also the man working on the ticket desk was disgustingly rude, a vile man with no manners and no customer service skills.
Not sure who decided on the decor but from the carpark it looks like a circus! Trackside has recently enjoyed a much needed mini spruce-up. Staff are the stations greatest asset. Good, genuine folk and I like to see them having a joke with one another.
Always something going on with teenage kids at this station.. help desk is hardly ever open..
