My first visit to a vegan restaurant and it was brilliant. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere relaxed and the food delicious. We shared a plate of Nachos to start; very nice, with its colourful corn & wheat tortillas. For our mains, we had the Tofu 'Fish' & Chips off the a la carte menu and the Hot Dog off the specials menu. Both were great but the Tofu 'Fish' & Chips a surprise win in my book, battered silken tofu and the tartare sauce especially good. Ice cream and an apple tart to finish and I can genuinely say there wasn't a single dish we did not enjoy. I wish I had taken photos to share but hope the review paints a decent picture. We look forward to going back.

At last a place in Birmingham where you can eat a choice delicious vegan dishes. No waitress service. Just walk in, help yourself to whatever you want, and that's it. You really do have a great choice of amazing hot and cold food. I've been twice and will certainly be going again. My reason for four stars is because I think it would be great if the cakes and desserts had a sticker on display with the calorie count.

This is the first vegan restaurant i have had the pleasure of visiting! Was a fantastic experience! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Absolutely delicious food, and such a vast selection to choose from. I love that you can serve your own portion and they weigh your plate at the till, so you only pay for the amount you can eat. You can also opt to choose from their menu, plenty of classic meals, burgers etc but with a vegan twist and gluten free options. Great selection of loose leaf tea and other beverages. The cakes and desserts looked amazing, but we were simply too full to try anything else! Pleanty of seating, including a few tables to accommodate larger groups, we turned up just as they were opening for lunch, it soon after got very busy, i would definitely recommend booking. Also parking at the Town Hall is only around 3 minute walk away.

Was really excited to come here for a quiet meal with my fiance and travelled nearly an hour to get to it as we don't live in Birmingham. Having to pay 5 to park in the nearest car park we could find. However that wasn't the issue. As soon as we walked in there was a VERY VERY loud live band playing to the point where I couldn't hear myself think, never mind trying to hear my fiance who was sat across the table or even hear what the staff were saying to us.I don't mind a live band but why on earth would they allow them to play so loud in such a tiny establishment. If we hadn't travelled so far I would have walked straight back out the door. There wasn't anywhere online that told us about this live band playing or even when I rang up. The food was lovely, however the buffet barely had any food left in it even though it was 2 hours before food stopped serving, and the food we had from the buffet was like warm and it wasn't exactly cheap. Even with all this we still enjoyed our time here. I'm sure if we went earlier on another day when the band wasn't playing I would have given it a higher score. Great menu and pleasant staff :)

If I could give 4.5 I would but here's why I didn't give a solid 5. When we walked in it really wasn't clear if we help ourselves to a seat or be seated, (take a seat) someone then brings you a menu, so you think it's table service but you then need to order at the bar. This is a very small matter that could easily be sorted as a welcome be seated with a menu and then told to order at the bar. Now to the food, I'm newly vegetarian and my girlfriend has been for many years and looking at eating more vegan food. The menu at Natural although small, it not without its quality! I had the ultimate vegan burger and my girlfriend had the tofu fish and fish (I tried hers too) and both were fantastic. Has a weigh buffet section too and great choice of drinks. Very well priced and as I write this I'm being told they had a sign about taking a seat and ordering if so I'm wrong and they were perfect. Bathrooms are a single unisex toilet both stylish and clean and they had really friendly staff and will definitely be going again.
