Wonderful new venue, so excited to frequent this lovely rustic jazz venue. Met the owner. A wonderful friendly lady that I hope will have nothing but success !! Drinks are very reasonable & atmosphere was great. Large enough to have a great vibe, but small enough to feel quaint, friendly & warm. Loved it !!! So needed in Birmingham !!!

I rang the venue this evening around 6:30pm, no chance to get an answer on the landline. Finally a woman answered on the mobile number; I was querying about some nights in August. The woman I spoke to first she said that there were no info out yet for Aug(obviously trying to fob me off as no bothered to check) then when she saw that the listing was out..and I already knew that, she didnt really tell me much as the events description on the website is very poor. Im still uncertain what to expect about the nights I was querying about. Please sort your web site out and employ staff that attract customers and not that tries and fob them off. In fairness I may give it a miss altogether.
