I left my bike with them more then a year ago and I heard nothing back since. Ive tried to call them, no answer. Now Im literally just trying to find them to get my bike back even if its not fixed.
They have two locations, one next to the Sealife, and the other one indicated here on the map. You should definetly call before visiting the shop because they may be one or the other location.Otherwise they do have a good selection of bikes. Bought one of their cheapest (around 60) and it has served me well for my everyday commute during 3 months (then I left B'ham, the bike is still fine!). If they don't have what you need in stock, they may look at the ones not repaired yet and get it fixed for you in a week or so.You can also purchase a lock at the store if you need one.
Never open just went there and it's not open 9 - 5 lies

Good service. Do note that the shop has recently increased in size, and they almost have the staff to be open Mon-Sat but not entirely yet. Some days they might be closed. Feel free to call.When they're closed, you will see just shutters underneath the "Gate B" sign, no indication of a shop.
