Registration is a nightmare! Took over a week to register and you cant see a GP till youve had a new health check appintement which is ridiculous! Moved back to Birmingham having been registered here before, I had to write a letter of why I should be allowed to re register. Im applying to a register with a GP not to stand for the next election! If it wasnt so close to home I wouldnt even bother!
Excellent out of hours service. My daughter had problems with her asthma. Only had to wait 10 mins and Dr Sinhar was extremely helpful and kind. Explaining in great detail my daughter's asthma symptoms. Thank you very much Aston surgery.
Disappointed with the receptionists called the doctors for 2weeks at 8am like told to and every day i got the same answer no appointments you'll have to call back tomorrow and in all honesty i don't see why i should have to tell the receptionists what is wrong with me their not doctors i feel this is a breach of privacy as they always ask for the importance of your appointment.. if im not well i know im not they have no right to ask such personal questions
