Receptionists are very friendly and helpful compared to other practices I've been to, Doctors are also very helpful. It's also quite easy to make appointments and you usually don't have to wait too long
The staff at Selly Park Surgery are very helpful and they deal with everything in a professional manner. Also very quick in dealing with questions and any enquiries. The doctors try to help with their best of ability. Not much of a hassle when booking an appointment. Overall a professional service.

Really good doctors. I have been going to this surgery for just over a year and a half, and I think there great. I have had many appointments here, as I went through my pregnancy with this surgery and now my infant son is registered too. The staff are so friendly and everyone has taken the time to get to know me and my son, and have been nothing but lovely. The doctors tell me how well he has grown up and tell me what a great job I'm doing. As a single mum, this means loads to me. It's not only the doctors but the receptionists too. They are always very friendly and helpful. Without fail I always get an appointment either on the day I call or whenever best suits me. Every GP I have been to in the past has been very disappointing, but this one has been wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!!!
