Botched lip filler job. Lips were completely uneven. Had to return a second time where attempts were made to even them out, yet still unhappy. A year down the lip filler has gone but there are large hard lumps which I am now having to pay 200 elsewhere to get it dissolved.EDIT: I am updating my review following the response from the practice. By pretending they have no record of me is absolutely untrue and is perhaps a way of trying to protect their reputation. I note they have written the same response to everybody who has left negative feedback. If the practice really wanted to resolve the issue, they would have done so at the time. Whilst I was invited back to enable the Dr to even my lips out, my lips were still left in a mess. I was simply allowed to walk away with no further resolution or reimbursement of the cost. In addition to this i was not advised of the long term effect of lip filler being injected incorrectly - big hard lumps which will not go away without a further cosmetic treatment to dissolve them.
I would like to say that the service that I experienced was nothing but warm and inviting. All the staff were friendly and polite. Upon arrival I was dealt with professionally. I would recommend this first class service!
Receptionist with a bad attitude!Did not expect to be treated with such disrespect and attitude by a private doctors receptionist , I have been spoken to better by worn out tired NHS reception staff . I do not want to mention her name but she made my experience at the practice very uncomfortable from the way she looked at me and the way she spoke to me . She needs to learn how to smile . DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I cannot praise Dr Bahia and his team enough. I have used this practice for 4 years now, and Dr Bahia has helped me and has been so kind, caring and professional everytime I've visited. He has helped me through some very challenging times and is so much more knowledgeable and caring than any NHS GP I've ever seen. I will always use this practice for many years to come
