There is free parking available here. Reception staff are friendly and the GP is open extended hours and normally maximum a week I have to wait for an appointment even if a locum. Has a pharmacy attached to it where I can pick up my prescriptions. Modern and bright interior inside.

Most of the GPs here are absolutely fantastic, the receptionists are also always friendly and it's easy to get appointments. However my experience of one of the GPs has caused me a significant amount of distress and has massively hampered my healthcare through secondary and other services. Discriminatory, Negligent and incompetent are the only 3 words to describe him.

Everybody in the practice is very nice and respectful, from the front desk to the doctors Ive seen so far. Theyve been professional and have been helpful everytime I visit.

The service they provide as a 'Medical Practise' is bellow one. They are very disoroganized starting from the nurses and the same with the doctors. They never do what are supposed to do, they are just usless and I m starting to wonder how thye've managaed to stay open as a Medical instituaon for so long- they should be closed down as soon as possible.

I am only giving 2stars for the nurses.I am not happy with most of the doctors. They resist to refer you to specialists and they cant diagnose very well.My 1.5 year old girl had a fever, we were giving her paracetamol and brufen every day, on the 3rd day we took her to the Gp and despite telling the symptoms and telling him she had brufen 2hours before coming to the Gp, he said she looks fine and we are worried for nothing. On the 5th day of her fever we took her again, another doctor said she seems fine and did nothing. I did not believe the doctors and i took her to children hospital straight, and after waiting for 3 hours there, the specialist examined her and told our baby has chest infection!!My husband is suffering from acid reflux for more than 6months and his condition is becoming worse every month. Every time he goes to the Gp, they only increase his medicine dosage. He needs to be referred to specialists as he is not becoming better, but the doctors resist. We have lots of problems with appointments as well. They wont give you an appointment if you need it urgently. Their best urgent time for adults is 3days later after you call.Very disappointed about this centre. We are paying National insurance from our salaries and if i want to pay the same amount for private insurance i will get much better support. We deserve a better service. Shame they are wasting the money.
