Sam and Mr Sai Kolli are fantastic and Optegra overall. Very honest and professional. I was cautious of the sector in general due to how commercial it is as a whole but once I met with Optegra and through my surgery, and recovery they have been excellent.

I had LASEK surgery at Optegra in July 2018 and could not be more happier with the whole process. My eye sight is now 20/20. From the free consultation to the checkups after the op the staff are so polite, friendly and easy to talk to. Big thank you to Mark Wevill who performed my surgery, even calling personally on the evening to make sure i was OK at home and had any questions he could help with. I will and have recommended Optegra to all of my friends and family.

I booked an appointment for my Mum who flew in from abroad for an eye surgery. We were given an appointment to come for the surgery the next morning. When we came in, the doctor had a look and booked us in for a surgery in a few hours. Only for a lady who said she is the clinic manager to come out and say they do not have a space scheduled for us anymore. And that we would have to come back after 2 weeks. We explained to her that we have only but a limited time in the country and that we have received the consent of the surgeon and other staff, but she blatantly refused. Definitely not ever recommending anyone here.

From our initial open day visit we found everybody most welcoming and informative, every question was answered thoroughly. Later at home any further questions we had Optegra answered them over the phone. On the day of the surgery (we both had the lens replacement option) every body was so professional and calming, from reception who welcomed you, to the nurse who administered the eye drops and looked after you through your surgery to Mr Wevill who carried out the surgery even phoned us that evening to check all was well. Our eye operation took about 15 minutes for one eye.(The second eye operation was carried out a week later) We then went to a lounge area until the staff where satisfied that you where safe to go home. We both had to return for check up's which was all fine. We both could not believe how clearly we could see that first evening and being able to ditch our glasses. My wife and I would recommend Optegra to anybody who is considering lens replacement

My entire experience with Optegra was professional and caring. No pressure to commit to any procedure, and meeting the surgeon, Mr Subramaniam at the first free consultation was reassuring. The surgery was performed at a time to suit me, and everything was explained fully. I am very pleased with the outcome.
