Have always had good experiences with the doctors, but one receptionist in particular is rude and unpleasant to talk to, and makes you feel like you're wasting their time.
Normally have great experiences, but spoke to the most rude and unsympathetic receptionist who went out of her way to be unhelpful.
This doctors surgery is excellent. It exceeds any other that I have used over the years. Why do all others seem poor in comparison? I feel so lucky to receive a service that is so good. I cannot fault Prichatts road medical practice.Thankyou to the G.Ps, phlebotomist, practice nurse and receptionist staff for your excellent work.
Sadly can't say I rate this practice that highly. So so difficult to get an appointment within any reasonable window of time during term time, even if you call the second they release morning/afternoon appointments. The doctors and nurses I have seen have been very mixed, some very helpful and compassionate, others made me feel like I was wasting their time.
The receptionist staff are so friendly and helpful, Chris in paritcular. Im so grateful for the help they were able to give me. Ive never received such good service at a medical practice
