Great customer service and good quality furniture
Dont expect that the quality of the furniture you see in the store is what you will recieve. I have made a complaint to the Furniture Ombudsmen. Our credit card company is currently acting on our behalf after the store would not replace our sofa which is of an unacceptable quality, and is poorly manufactured. Below is just one example. The 4th photo is how it should be, where the arm rest meets the seat cushion, as the other 3 show a significant gap, big enough ti put your hand inside. I sent these photographs to Beth who decided just to ignore me. Thats fine, but they won't be ignoring the Credit Card company and the Ombudsmen.
Great choice of furniture. Could do with some ambience. You can hear a pin drop in there also they should encourage the staff to settle in. If it looks like you live there you're more approachable. If you're selling home interiors you should make it feel like home. The professional side makes them easy to spot but doesn't make you want to talk to them. It's quiet enough that they'd get away with this, and of it were busy, they could listen to what people actually want.
