Very knowleagble staff not too pushy into trying to sell you somthing. Great choice of furniture
DFS are ok and my last settee has lasted well and quality has been fine, but be wary of warranties, last time I said no to a warranty as I had been burned before by SCS (they always blame the customer for any issues). the DFS salesman said that in their warranty a yearly clean was included, which made it viable. but when I tried to claim the first clean they said that they don't do that and that their salesman wouldn't have said that. So if they say something make sure you see it in black and white, don't trust what they say unless they can back it up.
So I take ages to decide. We were there 2 hours haha. We bought one. They offered us tea (which was lovely). The only thing was we didn't know about the delivery charge being 69.00. kind of wish someone would have mentioned that before committing to buy it. Excellent knowledge of quality of sofa. The softness of sofa and expected lifetime of comfort. Excellent. Very friendly.
Mo Amir was very helpful. Not pushy but guided us to what was and what he didnt recommend. Massive range (70+) of all styles and budgets. The store is extremely nice. Very well decorated with all the products. Recommend!
