We had to purchase a new double bed for our son, and since DREAMS were our nearest large bed stockist we thought we'd try there first. We received great service from the Sales Assistant Lizzie, who talked us through our various purchase options. She spent more than 30 minutes with us providing advice and suggestions. We were able to make a quick decision based on Lizzie's expertise and knowledge, without feeling any type of pressure or coercion. Delivery and installation costs were also arranged and agreed upon. It was a pleasant experience and my son is extremely happy with his new bed. Additionally, as we received a competitive price and the service was so good we didn't have to go anywhere else.

Helpful staff good selection but a supply chain problem meant it would be too long before they could deliver so I did not order
