Really good gym well looked after and friendly staff
I love this gym but can get too busy and stops momentum in your session
Love this gym, great PT's, great equipment and classes. However I want to point out that they false advertised their PURE LIFESTYLE course. They said we would have 6 weeks of this; Week 1- Introduction to the course, initial measurements taken and overview of the weeks to come. Week 2- Calories, barriers and solutions to exercise and healthy eating, hydration. Week 3- Food Q&A session, Macro and micronutrients and a fat burning workout. Chance to win a FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION Week 4- Sleep, stress, exercise myths busted and training session Week 5- How to train for your goal, nutrition around training and the difference between cardio and resistance training. Week 6- how to overcome plateaus in weight loss and final measurements.None of this happened in the PureLifestyle course because the person who was meant to hold the PureLifestyle course failed to turn up to deliver the sessions. However, we were taken over by a lovely PT who helped us for those 6 weeks out of the kindness of their heart but all I'm gonna say is don't bother buying the Purelifestyle course from Snow Hill because it is falsely advertised. You're better off just paying for a membership and attending PureGym classes and asking for direct advice from the PTs. xx
My new go to place it's a realy nice size and great atmosphere ..
By far the best puregym I've been to. Equipment is kept in excellent condition and generally not that busy which is a bonus.
