Been going here for 5 years. Use to be great with top class facilities. But now not soo much.
So I came here for a birthday treat.I arrived on time but therapist was running late.I was told to take a seat and would receive a drink.Im still waiting this never happened.I was then greeted by the therapist after 10min she was very polite.During the consultation a did let her know that my shoulders were bad as I am a massage therapist myself.She never asked me if there was a particular area I wanted to have more work done on.She told me that I have requested light pressure massage.I quickly told her that was wrong and I can't stand light pressure.She then disappeared for another 5 min this would take the time too 4.05pm.My massage finished at 4.50pm.My massage wasn't what I hoped for.It felt like it's a standard massage that they do to everyone no matter the clients wants or needs.No attention was paid to my traps and all the knots I hold there.Very disappointing.
Have been trying to book the spa all week. Initially sent an email enquiry and was told to call the spa to book. So I called...and called...and called...They never answer the phone and dont call back. Have phoned around 15 times today - no response. Absolutely no idea how they expect to drum up business with poor service like this.
Great facilities. Amazing friendly staff. They are always there to assist you and make you feel welcome. Go hard at the gym and relax at the pool. Its the best of both worlds. Would highly recommend.
