Great service, swift treatment, friendly and caring staff.
I refer to the breast unit. I visited today as had a breast concern. I have been before on numerous occasions. I was dealt with efficiently and professionally by all nurses and consultants who all put me at ease. They were brilliant and really allayed my fears. Nurse Denise was great as was ms suheta the consultant. I can't fault this unit and can't praise them enough for dealing with me within an hour.
I could not have received better care if I had paid private. I have breast cancer and from the breast care unit and the adult surgery ward everyone was kind thoughtful and professional. Well done BTC
Just got off of the phone to the cancer ward, was calling on behalf of someone else, receptionist was completely rude, had no sympathy and wasnt willing to help at all. Just wanted to get me off of the phone as soon as possible. Well done and thank you for nothing.
