Absolutely diabolical care no one seems to know what they are doing or communicating with each other they have little thought with relatives or patients when we are trying to sort out the problems they have caused regarding medication They make home appointmentsale and don't turn up or phone to say whyI'm doing my best to support my mentally son and end up hitting a brick wall and stressed out myself I'm not the only one dealing with these problems
Absolutely appalling lack of care, rang twice and they couldn't be bothered to return my call. Despite feeling suicidal the receptionist told me to go to the hospital!!! How thoughtful
