Staff are nice and friendly enough and I know they do an amazing job but 17 hours waiting on a Friday and still waiting has shocked me
I live in Sandwell but had to bring a Birmingham resident here. Understaffed, ridiculous waiting times, and gobby young men swearing about their benefits and complaining non stop for hours about having to wait.Almost NINE hours to wait for treatment AFTER triage which had a FIVE hour wait. Quicker to stay home and die from blood loss.Genuinely feel sorry for people who live in this catchment area.
Had my second hernia op here under surgeon Mr Mellor and the whole things was fantastic. Options well explained, efficient day surgery with expert work from everyone evidenced by my fast recovery. Super job by everyone on and associated with his team.
The best hospital I've ever been to. They have saved my life MULTIPLE times over 100 at least. I love the staff so much, everyone I've met here from the doctors to nurses and janitors, Everyone is so kind and lovely. Making my stay at hospital bearable. I can't express the gratitude I have for these guys.
One of the best hospitals around in Birmingham. Have been quite a lot of times. The staff are Fabulous, The structure is super AMAZING and the security is astonishing. I would recommend everyone with anything wrong with them to go there.
