Recently attended the Westbourne centre for surgery and can say felt looked after by the professional and caring staff at all times! Recommend their services to everyone. Would not hesitate to go back. A wide range of surgical procedures are carried out in a calm, relaxing and friendly environment. Aftercare services are brilliant, always someone on hand to call etc outside hours. 10/10 !
Ive had 3 fat transfers to my breasts with lovely Mr Fatah to correct a botched breast aug and mastopexy I had elsewhere. I did a lot of research to find the right surgeon this time, not really thinking about where he was operating from, but the centre itself was absolutely fantastic, the staff really friendly and supportive. 10/10. Would highly recommend to them surgeon and Westbourne Centre.
I had minor surgery today, the staff were absolute brilliant, kept me calm and relaxed throughout the surgery..great team explained everything I needed to know..very pleasant and professional team at work.highly recommended.
I have had 3 procedures at the Westbourne Centre. The staff are really friendly and happy to reassure you if you have any worries. Always clean and tidy although the recovery room is a little on the small side. If you have any concerns before or after your procedure, in my experience, they will do their best to help you.
Whats the point in putting a review online if your just going to take the honest ones down. DONT see the oral surgeon Mr Evans! I was completely belittled and smiled and laughed at towards my pain. He carried out packing of a dry socket with no numbing gel because they ran out of stock of it. I was forcibly restrained during a packing of a dry socket. I was screaming in pain and for him to stop and trying to push his arm out my mouth when he carried out the procedure to which he refused to stop and take a break so instead pushed against my arm with force hurting my arm. I burst into tears feeling abused. I then wanted to leave as fast as possible to which Mr Evans blocked me with his body from getting my belongings. I got my stuff and left as quick as possible. I was the last patient out the door as it was Easter holidays after me and so the clinic had already shut the shutters on the front door and I had to ask to leave. No one asked why I was crying. I think this man is uncaring, unprofessional and abusive. I will also add this man did my lower wisdom tooth extraction under a local rather than a general. I asked for a general because I knew the nerve ran close to the tooth. He talked me out of the general. I had the local and my husband could hear me screaming from the waiting room. Perhaps he makes for money in the time spent seeing patients for a local extraction than doing a general. Whatever his reason it would of been kinder for me the patient to be put under a general than go through the pain and trauma. Again I was restrained by three members of staff.
