Lovely hotel in the University campus about 10 minutes walk from New Street station. Very central. Very good value and great breakfast.
I purposely booked this hotel due to location and parking. When I rang to enquire where the car park I was told it was full and I needed to book in advance. This was not stated on their profile page of booking website. When I finally arrived I wasnt able to check in until after 3PM luckily I was able to leave my luggage in the store room. I thought I had booked a room not a sauna as when I got into my room it was so hot. The bathroom is small and if I was travelling with someone I dont like the fact that the toilet door is glass. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couldnt wait to leave.
Good location for city centre, helpful, friendly staff and very clean and comfortable accommodation..

Im staying here with work at the moment. Rooms are very, very small. Fixtures are good but linens and dressings not so much. Food is good but not 5 star. But what has really impressed are the staff. Restaurant, reception and night porter - every single member of staff Ive met, talked to or needed help from has been absolutely impeccable. Genuinely friendly, wanting to help and knowledgeable enough to be able to fix what needs fixing. Honestly, I have never had such consistently good service at a hotel, or anywhere! Thank you so much for everything :-)
