Excellent staff, very friendly and room was very clean and comfortable. Had an excellent sleep, beds were very comfy more so the pillows. Only downside was the parking which was run by nccp and cost an extra 30 pound for 24 hours so factor this into budget. If wasn't for this would of been a 5 star
Customer service was great. We got upgraded to the presidential suite as it was our anniversary. Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a special treat.
I attended an event at the hotel. The events centre was not extravagant, but was more than suitable for a typical work-type event.The reception and staff upon entry were wonderfully helpful and respectful.The location of the hotel is nearby New Street station. Thus, getting to the hotel is easy to get to and easily within walking distance of the station.
First class hotel and staff. Was made to feel special. Outstanding room. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty. Would stay again. Would recommend.
Very enjoyable time spent at Radisson Blu Birmingham. Room very clean, spacious and comfortable. Any issues were speedily dealt with. Staff shows genuine care, approachable and friendly.We had afternoon tea, this was amazing..... Breakfast.... Wow. Beautiful. Such lovely choices. Overall Very good place to stay.
