A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish! Would quite happily do it again!

Interesting place to visit could be improved if staff were dressed in character and the tunnel was opened to gain viewing to the court

Great place, showing a lot of history of Steelhouse Lane police station and lockup. Full police museum opening next year, will definitely be back.

Great way to see and experience what a Victorian jail looked like (the building is virtually unaltered). It has a long and fascinating history, including connections with the Peaky Blinders. Look out for an open day

Absolutely fascinating place to visit, revealing a rich history of the conditions of the lock-up over the years. I was amazed to learn that this place has only recently stopped being used as a lock-up. Guides are on hand to answer your questions and there is a cute little gift-shop at the end! Evening paranormal investigations are also on offer!
