She always gave us meaningful feedback and was happy to talk through any queries I had.A special thank you has to be to Michael. A true professional who kept the sale of our property moving along. He was always on top of everything to do with our property and I never needed to ask him to do something as he would have already done it! I can't thank the team enough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haart in the future.
Really worked hard to push through a difficult sale. Great positive attitude and persistence from Micheal Prince in particular, who maintained good communication throughout and generally kept everyone on track. Maybe a bit more expensive - but you get what you pay for. In this case - damn good service.
I bought a house which was advertised by Haart. Charlotte and Kasim had already shown me round a few houses. When I settled on this particular property Michael was great as there were some tricky negotiations to be had and he kept me informed through out. Michael was knowledgeable, efficient and I was able to get in touch with him if I needed. Offer to keys was about 6 weeks.
After a pretty rubbish experience with another estate agent we came to Haart after a failed sale. They were amazing from start to finish and helped us sell our property for a good price in a difficult economic climate and slow season for house sales. All staff were fantastic but Michael, Charlotte and Krystal stood out for us. I would highly recommend them.

However a young lady Asher or Aisha I think her was came and answered my questions, she was very helpful and informed me about the services haart offers. It's the first time in a long time where I have received such good customer service. My partner and I will definitely bring our property to haart very soon!
