Hey if you want a meal with a real difference or a place to celebrate a special occasion this Is most defiantly the place to be. They really do know the art of making youry experience special. Think about the best possible food you've tasted and x it by a 100 and you might be, Might be close to what you'll get, you will most defiantly get more than you bargained for.Food came out as what I'd describe as "is that it" but trust me the food is amazing in taste and then it just keeps coming and by the end of our meal experience I was left felling full to bloating. The quality of food is second to none trust me when i say you will be amazed when you see what is presented befor you. you would be hard pressed to find such quality and service anywhere else including any Michelin style restaurant. I promise you you will not be disappointed.
Absolutely stunning food. Perfect service. This is easily the best restaurant in Brum. Been a few times now and will certainly return again and again.
Superb lunch .Myself and my wife have just eaten lunch at Folium. It was absolutely superb. I had the 5 course tasting menu and my wife had the 3 course set lunch. The tastes,textures and presentation of the food was top quality . I have not tasted anything similar to a couple of the dishes anywhere before, in a very good way. For me the mackerel course and the lamb course were sublime.I really want to praise the serving staff, and of course the chefs. Food of this quality is fantastic for our city.
