Could do with more signage. The escalator was shut not operational and there should be staff around to ask questions. The guy on the barriers is helpful though.
I can confidently say the best train station I've ever seen. Even though it's busy, it's still extremely spacious. Beautiful design, staff are generally friendly. They also have a prayer and wash room. Only complaint is that the escalators tend to be broken a lot of the times. 5 stars!
Whilst all of the staff are friendly and all of the amenities are great, 1 thing this station lacks is working automatic doors and working escalators both to the platforms and up to grand central upstairs. Would recommend avoiding the gym as this will be your all round workout.
Our experience of new street station is fantastic, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The changing places facilities are absolutely brilliant, it means we can stay a little longer. They are always clean and tidy and a pleasure to use, Thank you!
I love the light and space, the great amount of store options. It has a beautiful design and it's great that has so many entrances for different directions and an indoor connections to Bullring shopping center.
