This vetinary practise is excellent. Occasionally, you may have to wait your turn; however, my dog Merlin has often needed extra time because of his complex health needs. The vet he has seen is thorough, professional and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here: a gem of a place.
Vet was great with our pet but we sat for 40 minutes past our appointment time. I understand that there might be complications on previous appointments so the issue here is with customer service. There was no mention of any delay and once seen no acknowledgement or apology for the delay.
Manor always provide a quick excellent service! Never had to wait around to be seen and have been offered quick appointments. I love the text reminder service about administering treatment every month. The staff are so friendly I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Parking also available !
