Very friendly helpful professional understanding staff. The cost without insurance is expensive but good advice and follow up.
Reception staff were friendly, but not very private post animal operation. Had my kitten spayed, where upon the vet surgeon a polish man shouted out oh the cat is flea infested!!! which she was not , this is the 5th cat to my cat family , of whom are all spayed and micro chipped. I have seen kittens being born and actually de flead all my cats every month, hence why I'm skint. Will not be returning back, the pdsa is more caring and personal than here. Total lack of respect .
