After my Ned deteriotated over night on Friday we decided to let him go..I cant thank the vet and staff at Northside for their compassion at this difficult time...
Our cat Snowy was at the end of his days having survived kidney disease for many years. He was serverly dehydrated and not with it at all. Our local vet recommended Northside to get emergency treatment, a blood test and fluids. The staff and vet were very friendly, considerate, professional and kind when treating Snowy and helping my family deal with the stress and I would like to thank them all for their help.
Would just like to say a Huge Thankyou to all the staff. You are all amazing. You have saved my 6 month old labradors life. If it wasnt for your skills and compasion he wouldnt be lying here upside down having his belly rubbed. DAN he has a special bond with you and i will bring him to see you as often as i can. He hasnt started meowing yet. You know why . I love you all and a mahoosive woof woof from Xxxx MURPHY EVANS xxxX
Wouldnt even rate them 1 star if I had the choice. Initial phone cobversation with vet was not bad especially as it was 00:48 in the morning, had to phone back about half an hour later to arrange for vet to come out to put my elderly dog to sleep to be told they'd call me back with details of when to expect the service they use for this to arrive. No return call AT ALL. Phoned Northside 8 times over the next 2 hours whilst trying to find another vet to help us and on each call it just rang out. Finally at 03:18 I had a TEXT MESSAGE saying Ness vet home visits was unavailable DISGUSTING A TEXT MESSAGE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO CALM MY HIGHLY DISTRESSED PET. Used Peaceful Paws who I cant rate highly enough for their prompt considerate care in providing the relief my dog needed.
I would rate them nil I did not like the way vet was handeling or touching my cat. Receptionist had no empathy for sick animals She charged me doubel it's a good job that I Checked my invoice and went back for refund next day she was not embarrassed about it at all
