If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Avoid at all costs. Claimed vehicle to be in good condition and full working order. Turned out to be littered with pre-existing faults that were never disclosed. Failure to deal with the issues, just ignore you and advise that they're trying to run a business. All they care about is the sale, then after that they will just go quiet on you and fail to turn up to appointments to discuss the issue. My car was deemed unsafe, luckily nothing ever happened when me or my family was in it, so beware.UPDATE: Situation still ongoing, successfully secured a court order against them which they are now challenging saying they never received the initial documentation funny enough the received the confirmation of the court order against them and I received all communications from the courts at all stages. Usual same old with these people. Claim they didn't receive something when they miss a deadline or don't take it seriously.FINAL UPDATE: Court hearing ruled in my favour and that the judgement stood. They paid within 24 hours and miraculously the car was important and urgent as soon as it became their property for collecting it. All settled.
I have had the pleasure of buying many a vehicle from Birmingham Car Centre. Always a very friendly service provided with an honest approach to selling and every vehicle purchased has been of good quality and obviously sourced through the correct channels. A local family business that offers a refreshing no pressure service , which you do not get at places like cars supermarkets such as Trade centre Uk etc. Would highly reccomend this established dealership.
Purchased a vehicle from this garage after wasting so much time at the garage down the road. Mr Akhtar on all occasions was ever so helpful making sure i was happy with what I was buying. He assisted me from test driving to arranging insurance and road tax. So pleased with the experience I had and the lovely receptionists hospitality was brilliant. She made me tea and bought out biscuits too!

Spoke to salesman quite relaxed not pushy at all, left a deposit on vehicle and told to pick up following Wednesday. ended up getting the car on Thursday due to main dealership delay in getting a part that garage agreed to replace but otherwise a smooth and painless process would recommend. Car purchase was a Nissan X Trail.
