Wasnt really planing on a putting a review but they leave me with no choice.So I collected my car I decided to do all finance work day before as the collection day I was busy.So I come in to collect the car at 10:56am,I was told someone will be with me shortly.I was waiting until 11:25am.I then ask how long more do I have to wait,Again I get told someone is coming.Then I get told they couldnt find the cars key. Ive been waiting for than 1 hour now.Leaving all that aside I am a regular customer at motor point.i didnt feel the need to put a review up.now Im waiting more than a week for my 250 deposit return.Rang up few times and sent few messages all I get told is someone will get back to you.Very poor service.Preet Singh

Excellent service from start to finish. Lucian helped me initially and was very knowledgeable. Attique was the second sales advisor that I spoke with, he was extremely helpful and patient with me while switched between wanting one car and then another!I chose the car that was perfect for me and they repaired a small chip that was on the back bumper while I waiting (lots of free coffee was consumed).Chelsea in the customer services department was very efficient and made sure that I was able to prepare my finance and drive away my car the same day. I felt like the whole team was working around me for the whole day and made me feel like I was very looked after. Great service.Thanks all!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Car chosen was lowest priced in market and fair value. Both staff who dealt with me were efficient and explained everything clearly and overall took 3 days in total to complete order based on my availability - well recommended!
