I bought a used Honda Civic 67 plate recently, the initial sale went reasonably well, though I had to chase multiple times that I'd have a full tank of petrol when I collected, the car still didn't when I was about to drive off.I had a problem with the rear window & My Honda, so I drove over to the dealership to get some help, upon arriving I explained the issues and was told to take a seat and someone would look into it, I spent about 90 minutes waiting, then approached the reception desk asking what was happening, it seems I'd been forgotten, I finally got some attention soon after. The result, I was promised a call from their glass specialist, who would visit me to fix the issue (if possible) and separately a call to arrange a time to have My Honda installed, I never received any call.I friend of mine called 2 weeks ago to chase up these issues, he was promised much the same, still no call.Very disappointed with the service I've received.UPDATE.I spoke to Adam on the phone and arranged to sort out the issues the same day. Arrived at the designated time, Adam was nowhere to be found, staff were largely inept, eventually after over an hour of waiting Carl solved my problem, at least some of your staff care about your customers.Unfortunately I'll be avoiding Honda Birmingham, due to their total ineptitude to customer service.

Really excellent staff and service, could not fault them.

Went into the showroom this week to experience a rude sales man! I am not yet ready to purchase a car just yet as I am looking at a few including the CR-V for a Christmas present for my wife .I requested some information and maybe to test drive to help narrow down my search to see if this would be a suitable car. To much shock I was told too test drive the others on my list then come back if I still wanted to drive I left in a hurry after such a shocking answer without any information. I did then go on to test drive the sportage and xtrail but as I couldnt rule out the Honda as I have heard brilliant reviews I headed off to Wolverhampton Where I found the staff much more helpful. Today I went back to a helpful showroom and proud to say I shall be getting my wife a lovely new CR-V. I shall never go to this dealership again regardless if it is my local one. I suggest training should be given to staff on how to talk to people

I had a very good visit to the Honda garage today. My salesman Andy was very helpful, welcoming and easy to talk to. He listened to my needs and help me get the deal I wanted to suit my situation. Highly recommended them.
