I have bought my last two cars from Motor Depot Birmingham and have to say the cars have been excellent. After sales were good but the servicing department were brilliant. Thorough job done with top quality parts and oil used. Already looking for my third car. One thing I would like to see improved on is Motorpoint give free bacon rolls
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was given coffee on arrival and shown to the vehicle I was viewing. I was taken on a test drive and was driving for a good while . The salesman I dealt with was Rishi he was very polite and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend Rishi and Motordepot to anyone looking for a quality car
TREV!!! , What an amazing guy!!! He helped me purchase my car all the way through from start to the end. He went the extra mile and then some. Cheeky and full for smiles. All of the guys there working the floor where so friendly, helpful, and relaxed and all of them would go the extra mile. Only minor down fall was the waiting time. However I soon had a smile on my face, prompt fixture of my new car all served with a smile.I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants great customer service and a good laugh. I might just pop in again for a other hot chocolate just to see you all x Keep up the flawless customer service skills, Especially you Trevor u truly are a strong member of your team and it shows!
Just spent the last few hours working on my laptop whilst waiting for my car I bought from them 12 months ago to be serviced. Lovely staff, very attentive and not a single issue in the 12 months I've had the car. Cannot recommend them enough
Good services let you get on with it however... when you get served they deal with about 4 customers at once no personal level when buying. More than just me who thought this
