fantastic place to go staff really great and helpful loads of cars alsorts of prices and loads to try out for size and comfort we just got anoth car off Ford and we love our new car go have a look be adventurous got test drive if your not sure of a car you like .
Absolutely appalling. Rude and arrogant salesman who actually asked us why we had bothered to come looking at cars at the weekend. We had found a Kuga online and needed advice as to whether it was at the Eddington Branch. He informed us no it was in London. When we asked if he could price match he just said we would be as well to but the one in London. I have since ordered a Kia Sportage

In my experience no complaints as you can imagine it's a dealership not to over priced for some of the smaller items.If you notice no one replies to comments here I'll try here.Are you doing things to improve staff members customer care as there has been a few?Let's see if they reply keep an eye on the date if they reply I will change it to a 4 as no one reads the good stuff..
