Great pre and post sales service from Matt Barton. Not being local to a Mercedes dealership, I spoke to several across the country to try and find the right car for me at the right price and Matt was by far the most proactive and customer focused. I completed the deal over the phone without seeing the car and was not disappointed - it was immaculate. Matt pulled out the stops to arrange delivery to my home over 100 miles from Birmingham (the delivery service and driver were also great to deal with).Regarding the deal itself, it was concluded with no nonsense or waiting around - he sent the spec through when promised, sent the finance details through when promised and came up with a great price that was by far the best across all the dealerships I dealt with. Most importantly - Matt was completely transparent at every stage of the process which has not always been my experience when buying a car. I would definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends and it will be my first port of call when it comes to changing in a few years time.
This is the second Mercedes Ive purchased and this time went for the AMG. A car I have always wanted to own. Matthew Hathaway made the whole process smooth and pleasurable. He is without doubt the best salesman I have ever dealt with. After a good start at my local dealer, it soon became apparent that they just wanted to sell me a car that they could easily get, rather than do an in depth search and locate one outside of their group. Matthew took care of all of that, and I was driving my new car in 7 days from the first telephone call!! He is a no pressure salesman, and goes way beyond what you would expect and and have probably experienced from others. For me, he even came in on his day off so he could look after the handover. As for the dealership - outstanding- thats all thats needed to be said. Thanks once again Matthew!!
Having just purchased my third Mercedes from this branch, I can highly recommend it. I always deal with Dave McFarland, who provides an quick, efficient and professional service. I couldnt quite decide which model I wanted and Dave was happy to run figures on lots of the options I was choosing between. He was knowledgable on the cars and was happy to arrange a test drive. After finally choosing a car, it was at the garage (from Manchester) the next day. Dave is amazing at what he does, has gone above and beyond and I have no complaints with this branch. You are also always offered a drink and cake on arrival!
