It is the first time I have used Car Store to sell a car, firstly the estimated sell price given was more in line with what I was looking to sell at.Booking an appointment for my car to be inspected was very easy, Natalie was excellent in assuring me of how the process worked, after all the paperwork and car was checked, then emailed to head office and the final selling price given which I accepted,The monies were deposited in my bank some 3 hours latter.I have told many of my friends about Car Store and it is more than possible I will use them again, Excellent service.
Brilliant from start to finish especially as it was a Saturday and busy. Was a pleasure to deal with proper people. Big shout out to Daniel, Andrew and Tony who went out there way to help us, and make us laugh. Credit to you all.

When you walk into this place it looks quite plain. We went to the competitor over the road and that looks so much better and has much better facilities. The selection of cars here though is better as they have choices at all age and prices which is more in line with what we are looking at. The salesmen and women here thougha re a lot more friendly and less pushy. We got to meet a manager too so that made a nice touch.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish from Andrew and Harvey. Very welcoming and informative. Went out for test drive and everything explained in depth. Great venue, clean warm and tea and coffee available when you want, also toilets. Will recommend to other to use this branch
