On Sunday 9th September I booked in to test drive a Dacia Duster. The sales representative was busy so I asked a colleague how long he would be.40 minutes later he sheepishly walked over and said that he would not be able to provide a test drive...as the manager uses the car to drive home and she called in sick. Not kidding.So......1. Why did no one call me to say the test drive was cancelled, so I didnt have to drive 30 minutes?2. Why did I have to wait 40 minutes in the showroom to find out that the test drive was cancelled?3. First impressions are very important in business. The dealership have got my number; lets see if their customer service can improve and they have a solution up their sleeve.
