Really good. I service my car here. I think the prices are very good considering it is a manufacturer dealership and service. Cost of the genuine parts are not significantly different from what you pay for non-genuine parts. Staff are always friendly and helpful too. I would highly recommend it.
Good facility though our initial contact with staff left much to be desired (I think "ignored" is the right term. This did improve though as other staff were friendly and helpful. I was dealt with swiftly when I first arrived offered to take a seat and help myself to a drink. As, if you are waiting for work to be done, it can take a little while, it's nice to have such a good facility for hot drinks etc. There was bottled water available as well a few biscuits. I had to give just three stars because first impressions do count (and stick with you) and also there was quite a delay in getting my car back.
