I read other reviews and to be honest most are from people who don't read the confirmation details and show up with no credit card or correct documentation to rent a car, and then blame the company for their mistake. My transaction was smooth. Got a nice little Honda that was perfect for my use, full to full fuel policy is fine as It's easy to get it back to where it was on the gauge. Upgrades available were good value for money but I stuck with my original purchase which cost me 15 for 4 days! No hidden admin fees as described by some, no extra costs at all other than the fuel deposit which came back into my account within 2 days. I have no complaints.A note to people using the company - do a very thorough check of the vehicle and ensure all the scratches and marks etc are on the paper and marked correctly, it can take some time and seems rude but DO IT! Then you wont have any problems - unless you cause damage obv. Good value, great car, nice customer service.
Great price for a new car. Either these guys are losing money or others are raking it in. Highly recommended. Check their Ts&Cs before collection.
BEWARE: These guys would not try my credit card and forced me to take full insurance. They charge 55 admin fee. Alamo is under 5. Car was filthy. AVOID unless you want to be ripped off.
Company seems a bit shady. Security deposit 1500, fuel deposit 90. The thing is that you have to bring it back with the same fuel level. Obviously almost impossible and a way of letting customers pay more. Making money with expensive insurance covers. Tried to give us a smaller car than booked. Car itself was fine. I think they dont want to build long lasting customer relationships.
We've used this company before, although it's just off the airport. You just have to go to the station entrance, ring them and they collect you very quickly! They also return you to the airport after you hand the car back! No complaints with them at all! We'd use them again.
