Rubbish!!In reservation say debit card is accepted and at the last moment before pick the vehicle refused and ask me for credit card.Rudes. without professional behaviour scratch with nails my driving licence for veracity.I lost an importand meeting.I went to europe car and find nice and fast services.Dont go to enterprise!!
The staff at Spring hill branch were fantastic. Especially Liam and the lady ?Sabrina (forgot her name!) From start to finish they were polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They guided me through the process and even dropped me home. A distance that was not close to them. The car was of a good standard. Clean, full tank and damage accurately marked out so no surprises. The best experience i have had with a rental agreement. Keep up the great work.
