I went in to the branch with a query about hiring a car in the USA. The staff couldn't have been more helpful even though clearly I wasn't looking to do business with their branch. Great ambassadors for their company.
They will take payment and then refuse to give you the rental car/van on the day of collection. Be careful with this company they will take your money and will not give you the car/van that they took payment for, and then they will take 10 days to pay back the money.And they will not tell you that they will refuse to give you the carvan until you get to their facility or are ready to pick up car/van, which will leave you with little to no other options due to short notice.you would think a company such as enterprise would understand how crucial it is to make sure that your reservation is on time, available and according to your booking, but this company does not care about their customers, especially after you have paid them.This has happened to me three times!!Useless and Unreliable.Be warned!0 stars
Poor. Aviod at all costs.They hire cars via a centeal booking system/office and then call you on the day and tell you they have no cars leaving you in the lurch.
Great service until they started closing on Sundays. I'm now forced to pay for an extra day or go to Birmingham airport (where the ever-increasing excess protection is even higher). And the prices have grown significantly in the last year. Not really worth it anymore.
Easy, smooth pick up and drop off, friendly service. Branch manager - great lad, and Jeremy at the desk was super helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again. A tip on dropping off, set destination to the Victoria pub opposite in order to navigate and conquer the one-way system.
