Very helpful in all areas and adaptable to circumstances. I needed to extend my return time and they granted an extra day with no fuss. I will be using then again soon.
Some staff are great and others are proper rude. I deakt with male staff who were quite helpfull but only came across a female staff who was complete rude and arrogant. I think she needs more training. Im sure she knows who she is. Could do with new management.
